No operator stares at a wall of screens for eight hours and stays sharp. Our systems watch for movement and for crossings of lines you define, then put the right camera in front of an operator. They respond to an intruder — not to a passing cat.

The Echelon control centre sits in the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape — one room, watching everything, every night. Response is a different matter: we have our own teams based in Immingham, Epsom and Rhondda too, covering North Lincolnshire, London and Wales directly, not through a subcontractor.
Coverage is another matter still. Monitoring does not care where a site is, and neither do we: any time, any place, anywhere in the UK.
