The signal reaches our control centre, an operator assesses it against the escalation plan agreed for that site, and something happens — a call down the contact list, a keyholder, a response vehicle, or a direct line to the fire or police service. We provide licensed event security officers, briefed against your event's specific plan and risk assessment, plus event medical cover scaled to the crowd size and activity, and radio hire for on-site communication. Response times are agreed per site and depend on location — our own teams in Lincolnshire, London, Wales and North Lincolnshire typically respond faster than areas covered via our response partner.
