We hold your keys and attend so your staff don't have to. Echelon deploys its own resources from bases in Lincolnshire, London, Wales and North Lincolnshire, and works with a response partner for anywhere else in the UK.
An alarm at 3am shouldn't mean waking up a director or a site manager who then has to drive out and check it themselves. We hold keys under secure, audited conditions and attend in their place — confirming what triggered the alarm, securing the site, and only calling you if there's genuinely something you need to know.
Across Lincolnshire, London, Wales and North Lincolnshire, we deploy our own response vehicles and officers from local bases, which keeps response times tight and puts someone accountable to us, not a subcontractor, on your site. Outside those areas, or where our own coverage wouldn't meet the response time agreed, we work with a response partner so keyholding is never limited by our own geography.
Every attendance is logged — what was found, what was done, and how long it took — so the arrangement is something you can actually review, not just trust.
